How to install custom recovery on Redmi 6/6A
Attention!
Only MIUI 10.4.1.0 - 11.0.9.0 for Redmi 6A!
Only MIUI 10.4.1.0 - 11.0.5.0 for Redmi 6!
If you downloaded the image as a zip archive, then you need to unpack the recovery.img file from the archive and put it in a folder
If .img has a different name, rename it to recovery.img
In this archive hasn't recovery.img
Windows
1) Unpack twrp_certus_autoinstaller.zip
2) Put recovery.img to folder
3) Start flash-twrp.bat
Linux
Attention!!! You would install android-tools from repository or you can use https://dl.google.com/android/repository/platform-tools-latest-linux.zip
1) Unpack twrp_certus_autoinstaller_linux.zip
2) Put recovery.img to folder
3) chmod a+x flash_twrp.sh
4) ./flash_twrp.sh
